Yes the trip went very well, the ship was very well organised. The only complaint was the transfer from the airport as no one seemed to know who was picking who up.

Insufficient reception staff. They were not able to cope with the confusion with Heathrow closing due to adverse weather conditions. It took nearly 2 hours to check out.
