Some of the hotels had blips including lack of advertised facilities, ie the swimming pool was unavailable in 3 resorts due to issues. This is unacceptable.

When I booked on line I realised I had made a mistake with the date. I then telephoned Holiday Extras direct and my mistake was dealt with in a efficient and friendly manner, and a new confirmation was sent.

I used your secret hotel at Heathrow again and it was the Holiday Inn M4 J4 which is ideal for an overnight stay and car parking. We have always found the hotel to be of a reasonable standard and everything works well.

Parking only, Birmingham Airport - Service was very professionally managed and very quick. Price with Holiday Extras was VERY competitive when compared to on-airport parking, yet ultimately just as convenient.

The hotel was adequate but a little tatty with regards to decor and furniture. However, my problem was the bed - its was as hard as a board! At one point I was so uncomfortable that I tried to sleep on the sofa.

We booked Park n Fly at Holiday Inn J4- the parking is horrendous- it took us almost an hour to find a place to park - cars everywhere - parked on grass verges of hotel grounds - seriously concerned about my car getting damaged - would not use this hotel.
