Arriving home after a long flight with 3 children under 4, it was the best feeling ever to not be facing another challenging transfer between the airport and a car park. We called purple parking from the baggage hall and our car was outside the terminal about a minute after us. A totally straight forward experience, well worth the slight extra cost and the instructions and overall package from Holiday Extras was outstanding quality.

Check in and out at Ramada faultless; room spotlessly clean but mattress rather too soft; parking and other facilities excellent; rate including Purple Parking was very reasonable; I would definitely use this hotel again

All excellent, pick up from airport worked a treat. Hotel also good, but food typically for London a bit pricy. Ate at the really nice curry house opposite hotel.

There were problems with the booking/reservation in the hotel as we had booked on line on Thursday and checked in on Monday and there was no record. Repetition of paperwork for meet and greet as had already filled on line and hotel filled all in again

Hotel was fab. Only problem was it was not clear where we should meet the purple parking people on the morning of our flight. We assumed it was outside the main entrance but after waiting there for some time we discovered it wasn't. Although we did not have far to go it should have been made clear exactly where we needed to go.

Booking simple. Hotel adequate but check-in slow. Drop off not clearly marked instructions to find not clear. Delay in car being dropped off for collection. Valet staff very polite and professional.

AT LAST A COMPANY THAT DELIVERS WHAT THEY SAY - The Ramada Hotel at Heathrow was really excellent and the staff very helpful with the greet and meet information. The greet and meet staff at Heathrow there on time when we arrived. When we returned to the UK we only waited about 5 minutes which was fine. The whole experience was excellent - well done we would definitely book with you again.

The mystery 4 star hotel we booked was the Park Inn at Heathrow and is not 4 star. It is a perfectly adequate 2 or 3 star but I felt we had been misinformed and would have paid more for a 4 star hotel.

We were not given the correct information about the drop off point for our car at terminal 5. We were very late checking in and it was very stressful. I will be complaining direct to the hotel.

Great to deal with. You guys save me as I had to have a room prior to the flight. Ramada further from the airport than some but the Hoppa bus is the same price to all. The hotel staff and room were great and we even got breakfast!
