Hotel was great. Website for booking not as good, I searched for hotel with parking and chose the hotel only to find out a day later that it had only booked for the hotel not parking. The lady ichecking in in front of me actually got to the hotel to find that her booking did not include parking. Please look at the glitches in you website.

Staff helpful and friendly, transfer quick and on time. Comfortable bed and room. We had a very nice meal at the hotel on our return before driving home. Would definatly go there again

Room was nice and warm, but no heat to towel rail so bathroom was cold. Very nice meal.car parking was tight.

Rooms very clean and comfortable my only grumble was room not very warm but bar area far to warm ( rooms were very much like a travel-lodge room ) staff friendly. Mini bus to airport was good ran smooth and very easy transfers would book again. Car was ready for us on our return

The room was acceptable but we were late arriving so did not see many staff. Breakfast the following morning was poor. A help yourself buffet with everything barely warm.

Rooms were so so noisy. You can hear every word and movement from the rooms above you. I didn't sleep at all the night we stayed. Taxi service was great though :)

Everything went well. Good nights sleep before travelling to airport. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast booked yourselves. hic cup on return as hotels mini bus had broken down. They provided a taxis but verbal instructions given by hotel as to where to find taxis very confusing. All worked out in the end

Room was perfectly adequate. Public areas smelt of curry mainly due to the restaurant being a mix of Indian and English food. Food was ok. Taxi transfer to airport was late, turned out that it wasn't actually order until we complained that it had not arrived, very annoying.

Hotel was basic but comfortable and very well organised when leaving our car for our holiday. Everything was explained regarding getting to and from the airport and staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was following directions to find the hotel, the directions given by holiday extras weren't too clear and it took a while to actually find it. We would definitely use the hotel again and would recommend it.

The room was clean and comfortable, the food and service was lovely. The transfer to and from the airport needs lots of improvement ie friendly staff. Our car was moved before we had finished with it so clothes including underwear had to be left in the back office.

My wife and I stay here every year before flying from Gatwick. The car parking is secure, and the staff very friendly and will do their best to help you. The taxi bus service that can be used is also very helpful. We would recommend the Skylane to anyone!

A very welcoming hotel, staff very polite and helpful. Food was amazing and at very reasonable prices. All in all a very nice little hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and a stones throw from Gatwick its self. would certainly stay again.

Very confusing place to find. The name had changed and no-one from Holiday Extras bothered to email and tell us...... Hotel clean and very convenient for overnight and parking. Food very basic.

Great location, room and price! The main drawback is that transport to the hotel is by a minibus which you have to book upon arrival - we ended up arriving at Gatwick far too early due to minibus fully booked at other times!!!!!!
