Only problem was the height of the sink in the en suite. Beautiful, but so high that my 5'4'' frame could barely wash my face. Even my husband who is 5'8'' found it somewhat uncomfortable. Definitely too high for a child, but lovely room with excellent ,comfortable bed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff also.

Holiday Inn Express does what it says on the tin. Parking at hotel is good however you still have to catch the shuttle bus to terminal. There aren't really any hotels close enough to walk though.

Have stayed here before it was refurbished /and taken over by holiday inn. The rooms in the new wing are very spacious and bathroom was great would book again. Breakfast good and staff very polite and helpful .

Excellent hotel for the purpose of overnight stop before an early morning flight, and parking car for the week away. Staff couldn't be more helpful or courteous.

Very easy at check-in and parking the car.Transfer to airport took 5 mins and was easy also.Family room at hotel was brilliant with plenty space and breakfast in the morning was great!!

so easy and straightforward to book and the Reception staff were welcoming. Room was very high standard. Drinks were pricey but food was good and reasonably priced

The Hotel was excellent and the staff were really nice, only thing that wasn't too good was having to wait ages in the cold for the courtesy bus to pick us up at midnight and really cold.

we could not fault anything , we were a bit worried about coming back from holiday, to get from air a plane , in case the shuttle bus wouldent be still on . but it was and everything went very very smoothly .

The hotel was absolutely spotless with excellent rooms especially the gorgeous bathroom! The staff were very helpful especially when we realised we had left our mobile phone behind, and did everything they could to ensure it was safe until we could drive the 100 miles back to retrieve it!

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed dinner on the night of our stay and a nice buffet breakfast in the morning.

The holiday inn at Edinburgh airport. Very poor evening meal, early evening and sold out of basic fish and chips, the rest of menu was expensive, and also a very limited breakfast not well cooked. The room was good and parking on rough ground.

Can't think of anything to improve really. Everything went smoothly. Staff were excellent, room was spacious and comfy, food very good. A perfect start to our holiday but would consider booking here if visiting Edinburgh city centre as well.

Great hotel, staff were very welcoming and helpful. The free car parking is close to the hotel and we had no problems with it. Will stay here again if flying from Edinburgh Airport.

Lovely hotel. Easy to find and staff very polite and helpful. We had a good sleep in a comfortable room and left early in the morning. The breakfast was lovely and included in the price! Not often than happens. Would certainly use Holiday Extras again as they are cheaper than hotels' websites.

Airport hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient.There was a problem with the bus service between hotel and airport in that the driver left with no passengers before we had chance to approach the bus from hotel reception but that was to do with the bus company itself, not the hotel.
