We went for food at the Grill the restaurant attached to the hotel, the restaurant had no atmosphere, there was no music playing and the food was very overpriced and not very good quality. Hotel itself was fine and the parking was just what we wanted and easy to navigate.

Yes at the hotel all went very well but once at the airport the car park had no details that I had been moved from Jet 2 to Long stay 4, also the entry time was incorrect, lost a lot of time sorting it out.

Excellent staff, room very good,spotless and quiet. Just no lift and took longer than expected to get to the airport! Queuing to get back on to M1, took 40 mins to get to airport did make it to the plane, but only just!

The staff weren't amazing but sufficed in the hotel. Disappointed there wasn't a lift as we have 2 children and a buggy so lots of luggage to haul up the stairs. Restaurant excellent and staff in there were lovely and very accommodating. The room was nice and big for us and comfortable. Very hot due to being on 3rd floor and heat rising but 2 fans in room which were very handy.

Lovely room,nice and clean,fan already in room as room were very warm.staff polite and helpful. Restaurant On site, only downfall there wasn't any lifts, it was either risk leaving cases in the car or carry them up few flights of steps

From the minute we arrived at The Best Western Hotel Long Eaton we were welcomed by Very Friendly staff at this immaculate, clean Hotel.The room was excellent and we had a meal in the Grill Bar which was also excellent and good value for money. The instructions for travel to Car Park No 2 were well described,the journey very quick and even the Shuttle Bus Staff were very helpful and friendly both on the outward and return journey. I have no hesitation in recommending your service to others and using your service again.Thank You.

We arrived an hour before check in and was greeted warmly and asked to take a seat whilst she checked if room was ready. Advised it was which was great as we had planned to take the children to Markeaton Park that afternoon. Rooms were great, the children felt very grown up in their own room! the beds were very comfortable, would highly recommend this hotel, if we fly again from East Midlands we would book this hotel again.

The Nottingham best western hotel was awful. The rooms were incredibly hot and our bedroom was at the side of the M1.We didn't sleep all night. You stated that we would need a ticket to get our car out of Jet Parks 2 and after nearly missing our flight trying to contact someone at the car park we realised - from another traveller - that we didn't need a ticket. Rubbish, you need to review and update your information and take this hotel off your website.

Quote "At junction 25, take the A52 exit, following signs for Nottingham. - At the roundabout, take the exit onto Bostocks Lane. - The hotel will be on your left." The hotel is on the right which is slightly confusing. Staff were great as was the price and convenience.

My only complaint was the rooms were to hot and no way of cooling them down other than fans not ideal but they did bring extra fans when asked not the best when you have two small children

The staff were very helpful, but unfortunately the room was extremely disappointing. The door did not lock, and as the hotel was full we were unable to transfer to another room, so we had to leave our bags packed and behind reception when we went out for dinner. The room was also extremely hot making it very difficult to sleep. We were unable to have the window open as we were so close to the M1.

Staff very helpful, late checkout 1400 no extra cost. Also arranged for food in the bar and grill as we arrived rather late. Would definitely use again. It was actually cheaper to have the hotel with parking than parking alone. Bonus

Impossible to get a choice of soft drinks from the fridge in reception! Further supplies of tea/coffee, milk/sugar, permitted ONE extra cup of tea! Food in the grill was absolutely appalling with dreadful service! Never again! It's an airport hotel, travellers would like to eat at 9pm and not told to hurry-up or go somewhere else! Dreadful experience!

We arrived at 2 am and were given the key to our room on the first floor. There is no lift so suitcases had to be carried up the stairs. The key to our room did not work so we were given another which had the same result. A member of staff tried to let us in with a key but was unsuccessful. We were then given another room on the same floor. Apart from that unfortunate incident every thing was fine and the staff were both apologetic and helpful

It should be made plain that when booking hotel and parking That only the first 2 weeks are included in the deal, over that Must be paid for at a none discounted rate.
