Once again a lovely stay ( our 6th in 8 weeks). Beautiful breakfast in Marco’s restaurant, relaxing swim in the pool. Room basic but with everything you need for an overnight stay, nice and clean with a comfy bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing else to say apart from see you next year Holiday Inn. I suppose that says it all

Having stayed many times at this hotel we were shocked to find that before we checked in someone had been in the room and made their selves at home! Dirty towel on toilet lid, bloodied tissues on the bathroom vanity unit, crumpled bed, waste bin overflowing, it was disgusting. My husband fetched management up to our room, they were as shocked as us. One of the managers named Jack told us to go to the bar for a complimentary drink while a new room was found for us. The new room turned out to be an executive suite, my goodness how the other half live. It was beautiful, jack provided bottled water and juice and chocolate in the room and gave us a 20% reduction on drinks and food. We're looking forward to our return visit later this month. Well done Jack and co on your excellent customer service,

Yes - really good. Just let people know then when arriving at the Holiday inn the Sat nat goes off route - I believe this is due to the fact the runway was extended. A little confusing but take a print out map or have another device ready. Also at the AIrparks make sure that the customers have the return ticket for the bus on the way back - also make sure that the passengers are aware of the colour of the bus and the stop location. You might want to also include a car washing service after the stay for a minimum charge. thanks

Staff at the Holiday Inn were very helpful. There was a long delay waiting for the Airparks bus on our return, as well as confusion about which bus/bus stop we should take.

We had to wait nearly 15 mins for driver to arrive despite calling when told to. So standing in the cold at 10.30 at night wasn't what I expected.

Very convenient location to airport and parking.Clean and quiet room. Only concern was that there was a fire alarm evacuation just after we arrived in our room but there were no checks carried out to establish that all guests were accounted for. I feel this needs to be addressed by the hotel management.

They went above and beyond to help us out when we arrived at short notice and then went my young daughter left her teddy at the hotel they sent us a lovely email to tell that teddy was enjoying his holiday too and they would keep him safe until our return to the UK!!

Everything went perfectly. Was exactly what I was expecting, and more. From the phone call booking the service to the Hotel that was booked. All staff that I came accross were bending over backwards to help. Very happy with the service. Would very much recommend

All would have been perfect except for the Thompsons plane being late yet again! As aresult we missed the last shuttle bus and had to take a taxi. The hotel and staff could not have been better.

The hotel was up to the usual standard we expect from Holiday inn, however the hotel had a problem with guests parking overnight when leaving their car at Airparks. I don't know how long this dispute has been going on but feel that it should have been mentioned when booking the car parking,it would have saved a lot of hassle. It did not spoil our holiday but it didn't enhance it.

Staff fine. Unsure when booking Birmingham airport hotel and parking when to put check in time, as it was not clear until you had made the booking that you would not be taking the car to Airparks site until the day of your flight. I thought that you might take the car to Airparks and transfer to the hotel, and then transfer from hotel to airport in the morning.

The facilities in our room were as described. The check-in was one of the worst experiences I have had. The person 'checking us in' was loud and abrasive, with a breathtaking nonchalance that was frankly embarrassing. The foyer was unpleasant due to rowdy and probably drunk individuals running around and there as an unpleasant and shambolic air about the place

Check in was quick & efficient. The room was good, and surprisingly quiet to say it overlooked the airport. Had dinner in the bar - the food was good & the service quick. The only issue was that the shower in the room did not work. Reported this at check-out

Reception staff n in the lounge were very helpful, even 6sm next morning. Room pleasant, all thst was needed for overnight stay. Had pizza n drink in the lounge. Hadn't booked breakfast as early flight, but pleasantly surprised n pleased to find, that, juice, tea, coffee n croissant, were provided. To eat there or take away.

everything went exactly to plan, the staff were very helpful, the room at holiday inn Birmingham was lovely, and the food also much better than expected, staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The return greet service is something I would use again, the chauffeur was also very friendly and helpful

Facilities and check in were very good, and staff very helpful. We also took advantage of car delivery to the airport on our return and found this service also very good, delivery very prompt and your driver very helpful in loading up our luggage and giving good directions so we could proceed on our journey home.

hotel comfortable and easy to find. Would be more helpful upon returning to know exactly where to catch the courtesy bus back to hotel, this wasn't clear and in the end we took a taxi.
