Arrival at Southampton Cruise Parking Services Ltd

If you're arriving 11am or later, there's no need to call, just turn up and park in front of reception while the team check over your car. Hand over your keys and the team will park your car in their secured, undercover car park while you're taken to your cruise terminal and dropped directly outside.

If you're arriving before 11am, contact the car park on [email protected], at least one day before you arrive, so they can arrange your transfer to the cruise terminal.

We recommend you try to avoid arriving before 11am, as it's the busiest time.

If you've booked within 24 hours of your travel date, give the car park a call on 023 8212 7049 around 30 minutes before you arrive.

Getting to and from Southampton airport

Arriving at the car park

Head to the car park and park in front of reception while the team check over your car. Hand over your keys and the team will park your car in their secured, undercover car park while you're taken to your cruise terminal and dropped directly outside.

Transfers run between 7am and 4pm and take about 5 minutes. If you're going to arrive between 7am and 11am, contact the car park at least a day before to arrange your transfer time – details will be in your confirmation.

Transfers are free for up to four people. Any additional passengers are £10 per person which can be paid when you check in your car.

Returning to the car park

When you get back, head to your flag collection point outside your terminal. Once you're at the flag collection point, text the car park to arrange your pick up. Collect your car from outside reception and head home.

The return transfer runs between 7am and 4pm and takes around 5 minutes.

On your return to Southampton Cruise Parking Services Ltd

This is the only car park to use collection flags, making it easy to find your driver. Select the terminal you're disembarking from on their website to see the collection point you'll need.

Weekends:
After disembarking, go to your flag collection point and text the car park on 07944 023003 so your pick up can be arranged.

Weekdays:
Once you've left the ship, but before you collect your luggage, text the car park on 07944 023003. When you arrive at your flag collection point, text the car park again using the same number to let your driver know you're waiting. You'll be picked up and taken back to collect your car.

More information

Most standard cars (no HGVs) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). If you have a trailer, campervan, motorhome or a long-wheelbase vehicle, you'll need to pay an additional £3 per day when you arrive. There are no height restrictions.

A photo will be taken of your cars mileage on arrival and your car will stay in the car park.

The car park is undercover.
