Too far from where the ship was docked and had no shuttle service unlike other car parks.

Very helpful staff who addressed my by name upon arrival and showed me to an empty space. It was just a short walk to our cruise ship and we'd definitely use this car park again.

We we’re very pleased making the booking. The guy was very helpful. We found the car park easily and the guy there was very friendly. We only had to walk across to the terminal. Parking ourselves and short walk, fantastic. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the payment goes through another company and they made a charge albeit less than £2.

Excellent staff, very helpful and the car park was only minutes away from PO Ocean terminal. We dropped off our luggage then parked and on our return one of us picked up the car and returned to the terminal to load the car. It all went very smoothly.

Place fairly easy to find and staff were very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of spaces so parking was easy and the attendant brought us a trolley to the car for our cases. However this was the last trolley and he only happened to have one, we needed 2 for all our luggage (4 adults) and 1 case did fall on to the wet floor so we had to go to get another trolley. This is not the end of the world but in the cold and rain and with elderly people also not easy. The car park was a 10 minute walk from our ship, but if you have a lot of luggage or kids or anyone who was disabilities or trouble walking you would be better off dropping them off first and then parking and walking alone.

I booked Triangle carpark and paid you Approx £60 for 2 days . When I got to carpark , prices available to all were £40 for 2 days and £50 for 3 days : therefore you are not offering best price available ! You just had to call a number and give your card number .Next time I will not be booking with you for this service .

Great location for our embarkation but ship came back to a different area of the docks meaning we had to walk 30 minutes to fetch our car back. Could a shuttle bus be laid in in future for this situation?

When eventually finding your car park I proceeded to the little hut to book my car in only to find no one there, as I went to turn around I spotted a young gentleman wearing a white shirt and dark tie who was making his way to the hut. I approached him and showed him my booking, to which he replied just park any where. Once I had parked my car I proceeded over to the little hut to ask if I need to display anything in my car window and the gentleman replied no, I went to give him my car keys and he told me to take them with me, I was a bit taken back because when I have booked parking before they have always taken my keys and given me a card to ring them when I get back from my cruise. I asked the gentleman if my car would be safe and he said it was 24hr surveillance, the gentleman did not make a note of my name or registration.

Stated when booking a short walk to Port. Was over a 30 minute walk back to the car park from the ship with suitcase and hand luggage!! Not a short walk in my opinion at all! Not even signposted from the ship we were so far away!! Almost 2 mile walk

Car Park Attendant was happy and helpful. He suggested a taxi firm for return to car from the return dock which was different from departure dock. they were very efficient.
