Europa When we arrived at Europa Hotel at Gatwick they had no booking reference number from our booking with you! It took ages to sort out and luckily they had a family room available for us before our flight the next morning.

Premier Inn North Terminal Cramped room, really uncomfortable single bed and even worse sofa bed in a family room.
Mrs Staines ( out of 5)
Premier Inn North Terminal I booked 2 twin rooms but when I arrived we got family rooms (double bed and sofa bed) when I queried this I was told this was what they called a twin. This isn't what I call a twin (two proper beds), so I won't booking that again

Russ Hill Accommodation comfortable excellent for the price with parking. Had 2 rooms twin room a little cold and dated but comfortable for one night. family room warm and much nicer. Staff very helpful But on the whole very good for the price. Taxi to airport quick and friendly. Cost 15 pounds as needed larger car as 5 adults and luggage.

Cambridge Having arrived a the hotel about 10pm we were greeted by the fact that they had no single rooms left. Myself and a colleague had to share a family room. compensation was a beer and packet of peanuts... This in its self was no great problem BUT for anyone else it would have been. Given that we were not from the same company, just traveling to the same place and had both paid for a single room this was not so good really.

Russ Hill Basic hotel, clean. family room had twin beds and a double - reasonabley spacious. Convenient that the car is parked on site so you can drop things back to the car. The buffet dinner was rather mediocre - the bar menu looked like it would have been a better option! Taxi transfer both ways worked well. A shame the taxis aren't allowed to drop you to your car - only to the hotel entrance. Would definitely do again for an early flight. Improvement on last time many years ago when it was really loud and no hot water...

Sandman Signature Hotel is great, staff very friendly, family room perfect for us
Mr Tedds ( out of 5)
Sandman Signature A really nice hotel with good sized family room. Smallish swimming pool but ideal for a family dip. Food in restaurant was slightly expensive for what it was. Good location for airport.

Russ Hill I read some bad reviews and was really worried about staying here.
I had nothing to worry about.
There was 8 of us all together staying, check in was quick, reception staff was very helpful.
We had two family rooms which were large and clean, was basic but everything you needed. We ate in the bar and the food was lovely and good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Copthorne We asked for adjacent rooms for our daughter her husband and 6 year son who would be arriving in the evening. No one advised us that this was not possible as family rooms were on the first floor only and that there were no lifts to the first floor which caused problems with their luggage and lack of staff to help.
Otherwise the hotel was very satisfactory. Regarding car parking, the car was not moved to a secure area as they advised and was left in their general car park. This was not satisfactory.

Cambridge We booked 3 family rooms with you with one of the rooms with a cot, when we arrived one of the rooms was not a family room and didn't have a cot, without out any fuss the room was amediiatly changed, will definitely be booking again with you next year.

Straight forward check in lovely room as there weren't any family rooms available food in sports bar was ok a limited choice but at nearly 10 pm wasn't too concerned. On return car had been moved and front bumper scuffed ( didn't raise it at 11pm too tired)which spoilt what was otherwise a good experience
