Hotel Extras provided an excellent service at Southend Airport. Drop off at the Short Stay Car Park, right in front of the Terminal was a simple process with the Representative waiting to collect the keys, sign and provide return paperwork. On return car was being parked in the short stay as we exited arrivals. A short wait as the parking tickets were validate before we all could exit the car park. The only disappointment is the poor quality signage to the new Terminal and Short Stay Car Park provided by the Airport, To Small.

Granted I did book this last minute. but I turned up at 0525 for my 0530 pick up to be told I had to call and give you 15 mins warning which took more like 35mins all in. however coming home was perfect
