from arrival at the car parking facility everything was handled efficiently and smoothly. facilities were not quite as described as I was expecting cameras to read my number plate and grant entry but this didn't happen.Perhaps it was yet to be installed or perhaps there were problems on the day?No matter there was someone on hand to facilitate entry so we were able to continue with a minimum of delay.

I was not expecting off airport parking. For some reason, no on-airport parking was offered. This was not clear and surprising. My wife asked why I booked through you when you did not offer on airport parking. I rather agreed with her. Having got there, the staff were helpful, polite and efficient. Fortunately we had left lots of time, so that was not an issue. Just mild annoyance.

We certainly would not recommend WF Park and Ride. We arrived at their locked gate (along with another customer collecting a car) with no one there. It appears there's only one person and they were at the airport doing a shuttle run. Not knowing how long the would take to return, plus the rather ramshackle appearance of the whole thing made us decide to go to the airport long stay car park to be sure of everything going smoothly. This cost £99.50 on top of the £46 we paid WF Parking. Despite a call and email we have heard nothing. So no, it did not go smoothly . Facilities were not as described and staff were nonexistent !

Although the WF parking lot is some distance from the airport terminal, the staff were attentive and we were given immediate transport to the terminal and again immediately after a telephone call to report our arrival.

Easy to book on line. Staff were helpful and efficient. The bus on arrival was at the airport within minutes to collect us. The car was parked ready for us to drive away. What more could you want? Highly recommended..

Total chaos when I arrived to park my car. On arrival back I could not make contact all I got was "Line busy please call back in 2 minutes" After minutes I eventually got a Taxi to the Car Park. My Car had travelled miles since I parked it. No I will never use this Car Park again

On arrival, it took a long while for anyone to open the gate as there was no-one in the office to answer the bell. Upon return we waited minutes to be picked up where everyone else waiting for taxis had left minutes before.

I had to return a day early but contacted WF parking in the week before to explain but they said no problem. I arrived at Southamton and called them - they said I was not due until the following day! Once I was picked up by the mini bus there were 3 staff and the driver they did not appear to know what they were doing as they passed various car keys between them? On reaching the compound they could not find my car key so one member of staff said they were "rummaging" in the mini bus to look for them. They then said my car was back in the compound near the airport? They found my car key in the mini bus and we returned to the airport. The mini bus then dropped me in a road outside the airport. To my dismay my car was parked in a road on double yellow lines and not in a compound. This is not the hour security they advertise. Very poor service and I would not recommend WF parking to anyone.
