Journey and transfers went very smoothly.Accommadation was great,very clean and comfortable. Overall extremely satisfied with the holiday.

enjoyable holiday with peace of mind if anything went wrong we were covered but luckily we did not need to use follow up service. we even received paperwork through post in plenty of time . will use again in future.

We booked at watsons carpark near prestwick airport,it was very easy to find and the staff made it very easy to enter and going home,and a good price.Holiday extras made it very easy for us.thankyou.

There is no reception centre and no indoor waiting area with only a open-ended bus shelter if weather is poor.

No problems with booking through Holiday Extras,and Watsons Ayrpark parking and transfers went smoothly as usual. I always use them when flying from Prestwick and have never had any problems. Would recommend!

very efficient in the way they told you to park your car and plenty space between cars, the bus pickup point within easy reach. The return pickup also very prompt and drop off near parked car. Would use again without hesitation.

When parking the car the bus driver helped with our baggage which made the whole thing so much easier. Although the temperature was sub zero on our return to Prestwick on the 3 Jan the coach to car park 7 was waiting for us and took us swiftly to our car. Will definitely use again. Thanks

The car park was badly signposted in my opinion. We followed the yellow signs and they seemed to stop and we were not sure where to go. We were worried about being late for our flight. On getting to the car park everything went smoothly, coming back we were not sure where to stand to wait on the pick up bus as previously we crossed the road, again this could have been signposted better.

Very smooth arrival after booking car parking at Prestwick Airport ( no 7 ), but unaware of procedure for returning. Spent 10 mins looking for car at night in massive car parking area.

Almost perfect experience. Both gatekeeping office staff and bus drivers were most helpful. Booking experience also faultless. Howevever car park staff had not been informed of our booking and we had to leave our paperwork with them on arrival at site. They said this sometimes happened.

Entering and leaving the car park using credit card at the barrier is a brilliant idea. Waiting time for the transfer was short. The ridiculous rule banning all traffic at the airport main door could cause problems for the not-so-fit, but I dont suppose you have any influence on that at all.

I realised when I got to the airport that I had left something in my car,and as there was enough time to go back using the shuttle bus that had brought me,asked the driver if he could take me back for it and still make sure I got back in time for the plane.He could not have been more helpful ,drove me straight back and made sure the other driver brought me back. Great service!
