A few 'problems' getting entry to the car park (highly distorted contact via intercom)....but assistance came within 10 minutes to rectify.

Hi everything went smoothly going and parking member of staff that I spoke to was really friendly and helpful. On my return home when I was leaving the guy I spoke to wasnt as friendly as I felt he was a bit rude as I asked him to raise the barrier for me to leave the car car park I found him very inquisitive. But other than that I would book with yourselves again. Thank you.

Everything ran perfectly. Had no problems at all. When you're holiday is over, you just want to be home as quickly as possible. It was so handy to have our car less than a minutes walk from the terminal building. I'll definitely be booking again for our next holiday.

Booking confirmation told us to park behind the advertising boards but we couldn't see the entrance. Went back to the exit and pressed the intercom button and were told we could park anywhere. We then had to go out and back in again but we were able to park in front of the terminal building
