Very easy to book car park via the website. Received discount. Car park straight across from the airport building so only a few minutes walk. Very easy and straightforward on return, collected luggage and walked straight to car and on our way in no time. I would recommend holiday extras and will use them again.

We were delayed be 24 hours an were charged for the extra day. Staff in airport said they would raise barrier if it did not raise auto match llc but I could not identify intercom button and was so worn down by the last 24 hours that I simply paid for the extra day and left.

We had to return home early - sudden death of a friend. We picked the car up 2 days early but could not receive a refund for two days parking. I phoned but was informed as the booking date had started we could not claim for early collection. Disappointing.

Loved the parking at Prestwick Airport. Unbelievable close to the terminal. Did not like having to pay extra as we were a day late picking up our car as we were stranded in Spain due to the French Air Traffic controller strike!!

On arrival we entered the short stay car park not a problem. On our return we couldnt get out again. Only to be told by some abrupt man that we were in the wrong car park this after/20 minutes trying to get out. If we were in the wrong car park how did we manage to gain access through vehicle recognition when we arrived. I await your response

The exit from the car park is an issue where the machine requests payment of over one hundred pounds despite prepayment. Both cars in front had problems and when they called for assistance I requested help too. He did and all was well but it shouldn't happen!

Barrier would not lift pressed button seemed we were booked into premier car park at front yet your invoice said behind the billboards which is where we went this signing needs better description customer service sorted it out so better description needed where to park

Send specific process info so your customers know what to do e.g. Stop at gate, wait until car number plates are scanned, press button and take ticket. On return, enter ticket on exit with barcode side up

had to phone to get barrier lifted for the second time in a row after putting ticket in machine. not acceptable as this causes queuing.machine tells you to pay again after pre paying before holiday.

I had booked my short stay through yourselves as I was travelling with myyear old Gran. On leaving the carpark with my ticket I was asked to pay £72, I obviously had to do so to exit the carpark but I will now be phoning your customer service as this is not on!

On return, checked at helpdesk if carpark ticket needed verified and told no.However when at barrier it would not activate and had to get assistance whilst holding up other vehicles. Poor service.
