called to book airport parking. advisor very helpful and efficient. Booked very quickly and was told the car park was right next to the termainal door. However although this was where the short stay car park was when we arrived we were directed to a car park much further away. With luggage a baby and pouring rain we had not expected this. Think it was the fault of the car park attendant rather than your company but it should be rectified
