Everything was straight forward , barrier lifted automatically when arriving and when leaving,even though I was an hour late because of luggage handlers..

The car park number plate recognition did not work so when we returned we were expected to pay £870.00 !!! Thankfully a phonecall resolved the problem.

We have previously used “holiday extras” to book our car into the multi-car park & the lounge before our flight. We have never been disappointed with our choice, the booking is simple to organise & run very efficiently . I have also downloaded the app which I would recommend. We will certainly use “holidays extra” again.

Super easy to to navigate holiday extras website. Booked Airport multi story car parking slot with no issues. Needed to change car reg one week before going on holiday no issues to change no penalty given. Parking was great secure and camera monitored. Automated barrier opened going and on return. Definately would not hesitate to book with this company again.

No my parking was booked wrong by yourself and was put down a day early so when we got back we had to pay extra 25.00 to get out of barrier as we was late, we was delayed as well I purchases late cover but still over charged, also booked security fast Track with my flight back to Manchester and was told they don't do fast Track and should not of been sold it , tried to contact you but keep getting cut off no one wants to help very un helpfull, I have a screen shot of the date saying 11th July return , then on other page says 10th July wanting a refund for goods I paid for but couldn't use

No access car recognition car park gate permanently open allowing all cars to gain free entry. No car recognition when leaving car park so had to use intercom before we could leave car park. Constantly recieved messages to say car park space was still available even though it had been booked and paid for?

We arrived at the time stared on our booking. The machine provided a token which we took and the barrier lifted. We parked and looked our car and then went on holiday…… 7 Days later we approached the barrier (which did not automatically lift as it has done before) so we inserted the token and was asked to pay a fee of £426.50!!!!!! Eventually we managed to speak to someone on the intercom who after a while found our booking and apologised for the inconvenience and then lifted the barrier to allow us out!!!

Booked the Terminal 2 Multi-storey car park, arrived at the barrier, which opened immediately. Parked on the top level, near to the entrance to the terminal building and took the lift down to Departures. Same coming back home, easy access to the lift back up to collect our vehicle and was back on the road home in minutes. Would recommend highly.

Each time I book, my number plate isn’t recognised and I have to wait to speak with someone and give my booking details. I book in advance to be stress free and this situation each time is so annoying. Is it because I have a private plate?

Booked to park on T2 West at Manchester Airport. At 4.30 am on Sunday 26th June the queue to park at T2 was horrendous. People were getting frustrated and angry due to the time taken to access the car park. The airport needs to impement some traffic control at busy times. Once at the barrier there was no problem - number plate recognition fine and parking good.

A superb professional and trusted service - excellent website, competitive pricing and a no penalty cancellation policy. Finding and using the car park was easy and the automatic barrier system recognised the car Ben in and out. Address security was the delayed flight protection (and our inbound flight was). T2 West Manchester Airport car park very easy to access the terminal and i recommend level 3 as it gives you direct access to the terminal and if you are flying with Jet 2 PERFECT
