Was able to change dates due to Covid and parking when we did fly was easy. Terminal 2 was still a hike of 15mins to T1 at Manchester though and none of the travelators we’re working - clearly not a fault of the car parking operators.

This was the best car parking experience we have ever had. Following the road signs and not the sat nav was much easier and there are plenty of signs. We didn't bother with the lower floors and found loads of spaces on level 7. Lift access was easy and literally arrived in the departures lounge. Couldn't have been any easier.

Parked in Manc T2 West multi storey. Car checked at barrier and allowed straight in. Parked on level 5 , lift down to level 3 for departures. Same efficient service on return to car 2 weeks later. No problems whatsover.

Everything went smoothly,I found the car park easily.Easy access to the terminal. The only trouble I had is my own fault is that I couldn't remember where I parked.I can laugh about it now though. I would definitely book again & just write down the zone & level.

Flying is without doubt one of the most unpleasant experiences you can have, poor food, cramped seats overinflated prices, need I go one. The one bright spot is your parking service, painless convenient and not a bad price when you compare it to taxis, and there is no waiting around.

T2 West at Manchester is brilliant. Drive up to barrier ,find a space, use the lift and straight into the terminal. Fantastic! The same on returning. Drive to the barrier and away home. What more could you need.

Very easy access to terminal 2 at Manchester. Easy access and exit to carpark because of number plate recognition. No queuing to pay or get a card to exit carpark.

The car park is ideally located for terminal 2 you should change the directions you give and direct them in from junction 6 off the m56 we never had any contact with staff which we did not need.

Booked the west carpark at Manchester t2,took us 45 minutes to find a parking space,lots of disabled available but didnt want to risk been clamped.Bring back the meet and greet t2 never had a problem with that

We have used Manchester Airport parking many times over the past 9yrs and always used "Meet and Greet" but due to Covid things change. We arrived and were told to use another parking place , not a problem but after being away for 3 weeks our car alarm had run the battery down. I used their intercom at the barrier and a very kind man (who works for the company) arrived in 10mins and got my car going. A very big Thank you, excellent service in these crazy times.

The car park was very good. Very large and easy to navigate. The only down side was the lack of signage telling about how to get to it. Something for the airport to address. It was very easy to get from the car park to the terminal and back again.

Was all very smooth and seemed fine up until I tried to leave the car park and had to pay £25 on top of the amount I paid to holiday extras. Still no idea why this charge occurred
