Think signage to the car park could be larger and better lighting for when it dark. Other than that everything went smoothly, thank you.

Parked at T2 Manchester, entered by number plate recognition, however, after 2 weeks away, when we tried to exit we were asked to provide a token ! Once we had spoken to a member of staff stating that no token had been provided,we were able to leave.

All good. Parked up on arrival and departed on time. On return after 12 days, I was asked for £605 at the car park exit. I had to speak to the car park attendant and show them my booking paperwork. Apparently I shouldn’t have taken a token at the entry barrier. All was sorted in a couple of minutes and I was on my way.

Parking worked fine and convenient for T2. The only issue was that parking spaces were too narrow for bigger vehicles, otherwise all fine with nice and wide access ramps to the various levels.

We always book our parking with holiday extras. We parked at T2 west multi-storey at Manchester Airport. Very easy to get to and straight into terminal. We did have park on the 6th level. This was out of season in November, I’m not sure it would be so easy in high season or in school holidays. Probably because they have closed all the Jet Parks at Manchester.

Car park did not open on arrival as they had our reg number down as a letter D not a O but no real delay - pressed the intercom and after a few minutes they let us in. All ok on exit.

Instructions on what to do etc were easy to follow for parking in the parking area, fasttrack security and passport control on return were great on this trip!!! Seemed to sail through compared with other passengers, quite stress-free!!

Was a bit worried to start as postcode and street address for Multistorey car park West at Manchester did not register on Sat Nav with it being new, but directions and street signs made it so easy to find. Car park was very well lit, parking spaces were spacious and route in to terminal was very good

All access & exit very clear. Parking bays well lit & large enough. One complaint is I had to pay £25 extra as my business trip ran over one day. I was not able to receive a receipt from machine at the barrier

We parked in terminal 2 west multi story. It said in our documents to proceed to level 5 in terminal 1 for the fast track. After walking for 25 minutes to terminal 1 level 5 we were told we needed to go back to terminal 2 because the details we were given by you were years out of date. Thanks.

It is the first time I have used the multi storey car park. Walking straight into the terminal is much pleasant than catching the bus from a surface car park. Providing the difference between the multi storey and surface is reasonable, like this time I will use it again.

The parking was fine. We also paid for fast security which was none existent at Manchester airport. This complaint is nothing to do with holiday extras but if you are flying from Manchester I would advise to be there 3 hours before as the check-in process and security is painfully slow.
