normally use meet and greet but as that was unavailable this trip decided to go for the multi storey. car parking space difficult to find as very busy but wouldn't put me off using if needed again but do prefer meet and greet

Our holiday was delayed by a day, told holiday extras and was told tough, you will have to pay an additional day. Even though period of stay was the same period, had to pay an additional £25 today

I used you for Airport Parking for 2 weeks at Manchester and although my return flight was delayed by 3 hours and 1 hour at baggage reclaim there was no extra charge. Excellent service and so convenient for departures and arrivals without having to go outside.

When we arrived at the car park our number plate was not recognised, so we had to take a token. When we came back we were 24 hours delayed but because we had taken the delay insurance we thought we were covered This wasn’t the case and we were told to insert our token then pay £ After a long delay and arguments we were asked to pay £25 which we had to do.

I booked my car parking with Holiday Extras at the T2 West Multi Storey car park. I extended my purchase to give 24 yours extra parking should we be delayed. Our flight was cancelled and was relieved I had bought this. When we got to the barrier I was asked to pay £25 for an extra days parking. When I rang the button to explain they said I would have to pay it and claim it back. It is not made clear when you are purchasing this cover that you have to do this after being stressed, tired and just wanting to get home. If I had not bought it it would have been my own fault. The guy to whom I spoke said I would have to send in my receipt to claim it back. I swiped my card and no receipt came out. I had to call back again and was told I should have asked for a receipt but it would have been helpful if he had told me that but they cannot wait to get off the phone. I would book this car park again but not happy with Holiday Extras at the lack of information

The airport direction signs at Manchester Airport are very poor, it may be worth giving extra info to your customers until Manchester Airport sort their own signage out

My vehicle was vandalised during its stay in a brand new multi storey car park, this consisted of a smashed drivers window, and keyed b pillar trim. The smashed glass went everywhere. All costs for the damage have yet to be established. What i thought was convenience at the time when booking turned out to be my worst parking experience ever. I will never use this car parking facility ever. Happy to discuss this awful experience further.

Yes everything ran perfectly. The one thing you could improve on would be to remove the airport road names on your directions as there are no road signs around terminal 2, so it's confusing.

We found the signs at Manchester T2 west, poor. At 5 in the morning, pitch black, couldn't see much. We ended up in the drop off area and had to pay £5 to get out ! We realise this is not your fault and would not hesitate to book with you for our holiday in May. Thanks.
