It was so easy to book and no hassle to get into and out of the car park. With T2 west being joined onto the terminal it was a great feeling walking to totally undercover.????????

All ran smoothly, in the self park W2 car park. Departure area is reached all under cover from the car park but from the arrivals hall it’s necessary to exit the building and into the open and the elements. Also couldn’t understand why the price alters for the same time duration. Perhaps the near you get to the departure date the dearer it gets.

Very simple (once I had found the carpark which is on a new road that my satnav didn't know about; the directions were really helpful): drove up to the barrier and it opened; parked the car; came back a week later; drove to the barrier and it opened.

We continue to use Holiday Extras as we feel the service you offer is brilliant. We never have any issues and the services provided are very easy to purchase. We stayed in the multi-storey West car park at Manchester Airport and we did not have an issue other than the postcode for the car park did not seem to take us to where we needed to be, however that may have been more to do with my sat nav in my car. Overall - excellent service, value for money and we will continue to use for our upcoming holidays and business travel in the near future.

automatic gates worked first time both in and out plenty of spaces at last minute we were moved to travel out from T1 --when I enquired about transfer I was horrified to find T1 wanted a further £67 !!

I thought I had paid and pre booked our car into the T2 West car park at Manchester airport from 30.01 to 19.02, via Holiday Extras. On reaching the barrier to leave the car park on 19.02 I was faced with a demand for £1250.00! I sorted this via the intercom but frankly I could do without this hassle at the end of a holiday break. Sorry Holiday Extras, you’ve had your chance. I will book direct next time

Everything went well. Good directions through airport to multi-storey so we parked up quickly. Walk to terminal 2 only took 5 minutes and on the same level. Arriving back, due to a lack of Swissport staff and a one hour 40 minute wait for our luggage, we only left the airport at instead of the we had expected. Thankfully you give a grace period after the booking which was really helpful.

Flight home was delayed by more than two hours. We exited the car park nearly three hours after our the stated time we expected to leave. There were no problems or issues exiting the car park late - the barrier lifted and we could go home!

Despite putting my flight number in I was charged £25 as our flight was an overnight flight and your system picked up the Friday not the Saturday morning landing time OR I put the wrong date in and your company didn't correct me based on y flight numer. Either way I feel that I have been conned a little so I wouldn't recommend and I won't use your site again.
