only problem was bus to the terminal couldnt get to our pick up stop because to many cars were blocking the way through to the pick up stops so we had to drag 3 cases and also push my son in his buggy to were the bus was parked up

Great service from Holiday Extras. I wouldn't however recommend Manchester Airport Shuttle Park to people who own cars fitted with alarms. It is too close to the runway and the big jets set off your alarm. I returned home to a flat battery.

We waited at the bus stop which was nearest our parked car but the bus didn't come to it, so we missed a bus and had to go to another stop near the entrance.Other than that everything was fine

When we arrived on our pre-booked car park, the Shuttle, it was over-booked and full. We were directed to another. We booked the Shuttle because we had used it before and were satisfied and to be told that we were being "up-graded" was very irritating.

Shuttle car park at Manchester Airport, easy to find and use. Need credit card that booking was made with for entry and exit barrier. Bus service to / from airport every 15 mins. Very efficient service

We booked Manchester aiport parking at Shuttle Park. Due to the vulcanic ash cloud we finally had to stay on Tenerife for 3 weeks instead of 1 week. We were not charged any further for our parking and left the car park without delay. Extremely friendly and very helpful after 2 weeks of worried and difficulties!! Highly recommended!!

we were unable to park on the Styal Rd., car park so we were upgraded to term2 long stay at no extra cost and was not charged any exra for our longer stay due to the delays in flights back home thank you very much it was very appreciated

After a nightmare journey home it was great to find that the bus from Manchester airport was still running even though the planes weren't, the driver was very helpful and it was great that there were no additional charges for the car park even though it had been in there a couple of days longer than booked, it was really easy to get the car and leave and in future I will always leave my car with Shuttle Park. ABSOLUTELY FIRST RATE.

The only problem was that our registered payment credit card was not recognised on entering and leaving. Problem solved on pressing button on machine and giving booking refernce number to an attnedant on both occasions. Not difficult but annoying after travelling 140 miles and at 6am, also after a trans-atlantic flight on return. Other than that great position and safe park. Good bus transfers. No complaints except the above. Thank you .

Directions to the Shuttle Park at Manchester make it sound easy, however if you make a mistake a map would be enormously helpfull because airports are so complex with one ways that it is difficult to get back into a position to follow the directions again.

Excellent Service. Near to airport, Clear directions to car park. Entry system was smooth. Got a bus right away and took me almost to terminal door in 10 minutes. Same on return waited 5 minutes for bus and took about 15 minutes to get back to car. Great service, good value, would recommend and will use again.
