Went very well. Could have done with more info on exactly which bus to catch back and where from on the docs themselves. The bus drivers were very helpful though. A reminder is probably needed on the docs so one can make a note of the exact location parked ready to find on the return journey. I walked down a lot of rows in the 'B' section in the middle of the night before I found my car! Could do with more clarity on extra charges if plane schedules vary and changes are needed to timings. I went over the midnight into the next day and the barrier wouldn't accept my card on the return. Bus layout is difficult to stow heavy cases. Again, driver was very helpful. Transfers were quick and convenient. Thanks.

we have used you now 4 times and excellent service everytime! our driver was lovely and cheerful and helped other passengers with buggys etc even at 2am in morning he was great and happy!! wished i got his name so u can thank him for his service! we will be back in jan (not booked yet) but have already booked our july date with you. one happy customer well done :)

On arrival at the carpark we were informed they were overbooked and directed us to T3 longstay park at the airport. Having already paid, I was told there would be no extra charges. But on return, the only way we could exit the carpark was to pay an additional £130.

Shuttle Park is very good - the reason for a 7 this time was that we waited longer for the bus to pick us up on our return and the bus driver then stopped half way and waited for someone to change over. However, I would still book with Shuttle Park.
