Car parking was absolutely faultless and a breeze no complaints whatsoever, 10 out of 10. However the aspire lounge was extremely poor to say the least. It doesn’t even come close to other lounges used and I would never go there again. The lounge was freezing cold, we sat with our jackets on the whole time, everyone was complaining about the temperature. The food was cold and of poor quality and the drinks were the worst I have ever experienced with flat tonic water warm beer and constant reminders about having more than two drinks. Only one member of staff on the majority of the time with no interaction with visitors. Never again! Not even 1 out of 10 I’m afraid!

Easy to find. Close walk to airport. Easy drop off and collection. Very helpful when our plane was 4 and a half hours late. Still there with car ready at 2am!!

Passenger seat and floor were soaked. Car has been checked for leaks and all seals work perfectly. One of your staff must have left a window open when it rained. Too bad no one owned up to it when giving me the keys!

All went well other than the pick up too early. We didn't need to be at the airport over 3 hours before flight. We missed breakfast at the hotel because of it.

Everything was excellent. My car was frozen when I arrived at the parking, and the staff helped me to defrost it eventough the outside cold. I was really pleased, they were really nice!

Staff couldn't be helpful enough very friendly and with magnificent local knowledge. Compound is spot-on with large indoor vehicle storage, only four minutes walk to the airport. Don't know if it has transfer by vehicle to the airport.

After walking from the terminal after midnight in freezing cold we found the parking deserted and had to wait outside for 10 mins for attendant to arrive back from pick-up. No apology was offered.

Disappointed that we had to pay £6 for the company vehicle to get in and out of the drop off area - I think the company should have paid that also we had to wait 15mins in the cold and rain for them to pick us up.

Very pleased with parking arrangements. Found premises easily and completed paperwork quickly. As the weather was dry, we chose to walk the short distance to the terminal (approx. 8 minutes). Similar story on our return. Car was ready for us on arrival at Imagine Parking lot. Staff very friendly. Recommended A+.

Leaving the car went well and we were taken to the airport. BUT on our return we did as instructed and phoned them to be collected and were told no mini bus you will have to walk to the unit. Having no idea of the direction to go we had to ask a policeman. Having walked with our luggage (we are both 65 years old) we collectected our car. Whilst we were away our car had travelled 5 Miles,had the radio station changed,the driving status changed from comfort to sport and heating wracked up to full. Our car is a new Mercedes. We are completely unhappy with this and will NEVER use you again.
