Extremely good service. Easy drop off and I only had a short wait for a transfer to the airport. Upon my return I was picked up almost immediately after ringing the number for pick up.

Everything was fine apart from having the wrong directions printed on our invoice which had us driving round for ages trying to find the car park. Lucky we saw a taxi driver who pointed us in the right direction. Not ideal at 4.00 am in the morning.

Everything was OK but when we phoned from airport on the return leg, our request for pick up was taken by an answering machine so we were unsure if the message had been received.

Booking etc was all good, no problems. The only thing that I feel could have been better was the length of time waiting for pick up on our return home (about 20 minutes). There were several other buses for other parks came and went before one Swiftpark bus arrived. For that reason, I would go with another company next time.

a disaster. the hyperlink with directions from my post code didn't work the instruction in the email said take 2nd exit at J29. that's the A737. the A726 is the first turn-off. by the time i realised this i was too far down A737 and, to avoid missing my plane, had to go straight to the apt and park in one of their carparks - £116. your misleading instructions cost me £146 in total. v disappointing, to say the least

Everything went smoothly, staff were helpful and Mini Bus arrived quickly on return. Only slight problem, Sat Nav stopped us at the nearby Car Park ( prior to the bridge) although they directed me along the road ok.

The lady who checked in our car was very helpful, but your drivers need some training on customer service. They don't smile at all and that was to and from the airport. On our arrival back into Glasgow we waited a long time for the driver to appear even though we phoned on arrival. Direct Parking had three pick ups to your one.

Very helpful and courteous. My partner left her phone on the bus and only discovered it was missing when we got into the airport. A call to the office at the car park revealed it had been found and phone and distressed owner reunited within 30 minutes. Great service

Everything went smoothly. Very friendly staff when we arrived. On our return the driver of the van was the happiest person we had seen since boarding the flight from Canada - thumbs up to him!

Yes although you said we simply had to park then get on the bus whereas in reality the receptionist insisted we had to check in with her. Was no real problem although it should be clear this was the procedure.

The service done exactly what it says on the tin and the bus driver took us directly back to our car in the bay we parked it in instead of dropping us off at the office which we really appreciated. Great service and we would definitely use again!

Everything went smoothly except for the attitude of the receptionist when we arrived at swift park . Our party was a golfing party of three and we had three sets of golf clubs with our luggage,but instead of explaining to us that we should have informed them that we had golf clubs(there was no service for this as we booked online) she began to raise her voice and explain it to the driver as we stood there.

Parking was fine if maybe a bit further away from the airport. Only one bus runs so a 8/10 min wait, which doesn't sound much but after a 2-3 hour flight you just want to get to the car & away.
