If the site had been slightly nearer the airport it would be a 10 but that is being really picky. Very helpful staff, everything as stated. Brilliant.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice welcome from the man in the office when dropping off the car and also from the drivers of the mini-buses.

Everything was fine going to the airport, but on return, there where only 2 buses detailed on station 5, but after speaking to several members of the public, there must have been at least 7 different buses all leaving from station 5, which was confusing as our one was not detailed on the sign.

Waited half an hour in the cold to be picked up after phoning twice. In the end another car park transfer bus took pity on us and took us to the site. Not impressed!

Do not think you could improve on what you did for me. The girl who took my booking was brilliant, very patient with me as I didn't have everything ready for her to work with. 10/10 to her. Would book with your company anytime. Great service.

On arrival I particularly liked the number plate recognition rather than having to pick a card which can get lost. The lady on reception was very polite and cheery. The driver was helpful and communicative. Parking was easy. I waited longer than expected on my return for the bus to arrive and when it did this driver was non communicative and gave the impression of just going through the motions.

The wait to be taken from the car park to the airport was too long. I had a 35minute wait for a transfer, which when you have been up since 4am is not appreciated. Only having 1 driver carrying out shuttles, meant there was a nearly 25minute wait on the return journey too. 2 drivers should be working at all times to ensure smoother transfers - especially when you have to wait outside in the cold and rain for the return transfer with no indication of how long you will be there.
