Everything went very smoothly, stress free journey to airport from car park and same on return. Machine didn't recognise no. plate but advised on paperwork this could happen, so just pressed button and released straight away.

Arrival was fine, but on departure the machine on exit tried to tell us there was £110 outstanding to be paid when we'd already paid £73 up front. Your paperwork did cover this and said if this happens to press for assistance - which we did. Then sat there for 10 minutes. I ended up having to ring the aiport to be put through to someone - as no one answered the number on the paperwork - who then lifted the barrier straightaway. But late at night when you've been travelling all day, this sort of faffing about is not welcome.

Excellent. Everything was as it is advertised. Very smooth process easy to follow instructions. Bus driver on airport link very helpful, as we have a disabled son, we needed help and got it , thanks for that. Have used before and will use again.

Very full carpark but still got a space - always great service on the bus and only a 2 minute wait once we landed for our bus to arrive - will definitely use air parks plus again - thank you

The bus driver was lovely but the car park was overcrowded, finding a space was very difficult and getting the bags and pushchair to the bus stop was v difficult as cars were literally parked anywhere due to lack of space.

On leaving the machine did not accept the ticket and I had to hold up the trafic to speak with an attendant. Otherwise fist class service.

The car park was easy to find, and although the barrier didn't recognise my foreign car reg plate someone was on the intercom and sorted it quickly. The shuttles ran regularly and the whole experience was very hassle free

On exiting car park on our return, the motorist in front of us had the same problem I had last time I returned home, the machine did not recognise his pre booked arrangement. We could see him reading out the booking reference from his computer print out! Otherwise, an excellent service for us this time.

It all went very smoothly. Maybe more instructions on exiting the barrier as two cars in front of us were struggling with operating the exit box! The directions to the car park didn't mention the alternative entrance from the second roundabout right next to the car park!
