Straight forward and stress free, just drive up to the barrier, numberplate recognised, park car and get on the bus to airport departure, easy peasy.

Whilst this car park is easy to access, the site itself leaves a lot to be desired. the surface for parking your vehicle is not a TRUE hard standing (stones (which are not compacted in the ground) mixed with other elements. I have used BOTH Jetparks 1 & 2 recently and are of a similar condition.

The car park barrier would not allow me to drive out. I had to contact the controller, he had trouble finding the booking. Eventually I was allowed to leave.

The bus stop sign should be lit up, as we park the car at 3am in the morning it was dark and could not see the bus stop, otherwise fine.

Prices rapidly rising while booking. Advertised shuttle interval 15 minutes or less online, 20 minutes at actual park. No driver announcements, Driver unhelpful.

The only thing that didn’t go smoothly is that as you get to the roundabout near the park - although there was notes to say that the car park was shared it didn’t make it clear which number car park we were booked into! As it clearly say Jet2 Park 1 and another adjacent to that one at the next exit was Jet2 Park 2! But that was soon resolved by the help button at Jet2 park 1 who confirmed we should reverse & go to Jet2 Park2

Return journey to carpark was a bit confusing, especially when it is the early hours of the morning and we are tired, it would help if the driver announced which carpark we are entering, as we got off in Jetpark 1 instead of 2, so couldn't find the car.

Very happy with everything regarding airport parking, except one thing, we can never get out of the carparks without contacting the carpark attendant on the intercom, entering the carpark is ok, but after our trip & returning to the car, we pull up to the barrier, but the barrier does not raise up to let us out, apart from it being very annoying, it's very embarrassing too! The bus drivers are always polite & helpful so too are the staff on the intercom! Can't fault the service! ????

Parking at eastmidlands airport was good apart from could get out through the electronic barrier we had to call for assistance.Also exit signs are not clear enough to poin out the way out plus bus only lanes at the barriers.Need to improve theses issues as it causes frustration getting home.

Airport parking at East Midlands was ok going out but chaotic coming back. There should be clearly marked separate bus pick ups for Jet-set and long stay. All queuing together is confusing.

Carpark was easy to find on arrival and buses were regular and timings correct. Car felt it was safe etc. However, I have given a 6 because: horrible stoney gravel parking places. I was a female on my own and as I hit my suitcase out of car I nearly twisted my ankle as my foot caught on larger stone. Stones made wheeling heavy suitcase impossible (I know a very short distance if a couple of feet, but still). On returning to my car, I landed at 2am. I reached my car at 3am ish. On the bus, the driver said which number the stop was but unsure, I asked him which stop was nearest Row T (jet 2 stay) was and he said ‘No idea, I’m just the driver!’ I was surprised that if someone drives round frequently, then how could they no answer that question? As said, I was on my own, and really tired. Typically I got off bus too early and had to walk up to next stop trying to find my car at the wrong end of Row T. I wasn’t keen on attitude if driver tbh. Luckily I’m not phased by this sort of thing in the middle of the night, but some other people may be.

Staff were helpful and pleasant. However Hotel was not a four star. Hotel rooms are in need of refurb as Is outside areas of hotel. Around the pool area lacked cleanliness and food was lacking in choice. I’ve been on a few 3 star all inclusive holidays and the hotels surpassed this one. Pictures of the hotel shown on your website are from a number of years ago when is looked fresher and cleaner

My 2 bookings were including 48 hours extra parking due to flight on going problems, But on returning 12hours late to parking because of flight cancellations beyond my control myself and others with me had to pay £10 each,late return costs at gate to exit. I was not impressed.

The car park provided, and the transfers to and from the airport were all excellent. Plenty of bus stops around the car park,so not much walking to do! Couldn't fault the service and excellent value for a week's parking.

Always feel the parking is expensive for a facility so far away from the departure lounge . On this occasion the barrier didn’t lift on my exit and had an uncomfortable discussion over the intercom , operator suggesting he had no reference to my booking , before somehow it was cleared up and the barrier lifted with no further communication or explanation

If i recall well the paperwork said buses every 15 minutes. At the bus stop itself it said every 20 minutes. In reality it was over 30 minutes !

When exiting the car park the anpr didn’t work and I had to call the operator (tiny unlit icon on gate box - in the dark) however operator on duty was very efficient and opened barrier very quickly
