quick to get in, park and swift transfer bus, however, the exit procedure didn't work and we had to call for assistance. This was promptly dealt with.

Entry and Exit very easy. Bus collection from Car Park was very Quick - Need more signs in the arrivals area giving direction to bthe Bus pick up area outside as very few there and a little confusing. - Appreciate Airport under refurb and things may improve on completion

We used Jet Plus car parking at East Midlands. On our return our pre paid ticket , issued on our arrival , was not recognised and we had to press for help. The barrier was lifted for us immediately.
