I arrived back to a damaged car and to be told that the CCTV in operation is unlikely to have captured the car that clearly reversed in to my car. Read the small print is a lesson learnt as the car park devolved itself of responsibility stating parking is at your own risk.

After considering public transport to and from the airport, the timings made it impractical so when I decided to drive and park, I was firstly very pleasantly surprised at the price. On arrival at the car park, entry was quick and easy. Having booked in advance, the VRN recognition software identified my car and the VRN was printed on my ticket. It was then just a case of parking up and walking to the terminal. On return after my trip, I simply walked back to my car, drove to the barrier and put in my ticket. Nothing could have been easier. The only two minor things I would change would be better signage to the exit and slightly cheaper prices if you choose to self-park. Currently the meet and greet option is cheaper which I found unusual, however there is possibly a good reason for this? All in all though, a very positive "experience" which I have already recommended to my friends.

Everything went smoothly. Just a suggestion -info that comes with the confirmation could do with updating. On return you drive to the barrier but it does not raise unless you insert the ticket that you received on arrival. There are instructions on the ticket machine but would be helpful if they were also on the confirmation email
