Everything went smoothly with holiday extras.Appart from when we were exiting the car park we had to press the help button on the barrier as it wouldnt let us out. We always have the same problem every time we travel from Robin Hood airport. Never at Manchester airport.

I was expecting the barrier to rise on recognition of number plate but this didn't happen, instead I had to press the button and got a ticket which had my number plate printed on it. On returning barrier didn't rise so had to press the button and gave the booking reference and registration number and the barrier rose. Everything was fine, just different to what we were told.

Staff very helpful. I had not read instructions for leaving car park if a ticket had been issued on arrival. Assumed wrongly and inserted ticket. Pressed 'Help' and staff answered immediately to operate barrier.
