This is the first time I used Robin Hood Airport, I paid for the premium parking. On the day of departure I went to the wrong car park. I called the help desk and told them that I have paid for the premium parking and would like to know where it is. Even after giving my reference number she told me that I'm in the right car park. When I went through the car park I realised it wasn't the premium car park. I went around and followed the sign and parked in the premium car park which I paid for. I'm very disappointed about the respond from staff who gave us the wrong information and misguided us. Very disappointed.

Booking hadn't been passed through to Robin Hood airport so we had to wait 10 mins for a member of staff to come and check our paperwork which luckily I had with me, first time this has happened so am quite disappointed.

It was a nightmare. They had no knowledge of my booking so a lot of hassle both on entrance and exit. I will never use Holiday extras again. A truly terrible start and end to a holiday. Awful service at a price that isn't much difference to going direct.

Entering and leaving the car park went smoothly although it took about 3 minutes to get to the departure hall as we had to go around the building and through the main entrance... Luckily it wasn't raining...

Booked the Premium Parking at Doncaster Airport as we have done for the past 5 years. Could not have been easier both on outbound and inbound. Everything was automatic and within 10 yards of the departure / Arrivals. Thoroughly recommend and we will book again for future Holidays.

Parking at Doncaster for the second time this year without any problem.When I made this booking though your instructions for reaching the airport from junction 3 on the M18 were still out of date. There is now a more direct link on a new road recently completed between junction 3 and the airport. I don't know if your directions have now been updated.

Could not get iñ car park. Hol extras had not given any info to carpark. Eventually let us in after 20 min arguement stated would not have problrm on return but same thing happened saying that we were not on system.
