Good service apart from when I tried to leave the airport the barrier would not accept my ticket. It seemed other people were also experiencing the same problem. However, after speaking to the operator at the barrier my car registration number was checked and the barrier was lifted.

Our exit ticket didn,t work but the help button provided a helpful member of staff who asked for our ref. no. and then opened the barrier for us. Otherwise everything went very well. thank you.

Everything went very smoothly for us with no problems whatsoever and we were very impressed, but some people were having problems exiting through the barriers as the barriers were not lifting, which obviously was causing a tailback of vehicles behind them, us included, but other than that, an excellent service.
