We bought on airport parking at Doncaster airport. The process was so simple - our no. plate was recognised, the barrier lifted and we parked close to the departures entrance. On return from our holiday, we simply entered the ticket that had been issued on arrival and we drove away. Nothing could have been easier.

The only thing was even though you say you will read the number plate on arrival and then a ticket will be issued. This was fine. It was on our return. We inserted the ticket issued on arrival at the exit barrier and the barrier never lifted. We then had to press the button to speak to someone and inform them of our booking reference number which was a little inconvenient at the end of the holiday.

Number recognition at barrier when arriving and leaving Doncaster airport rarely works. Take ticket but when leaving have to press help button and give booking code. Not a good experience if cold and dark. Noticed other drivers having same problem. Can you sort please?
