O.K.when we arrived. But on our return there appeared to be a problem. Member of staff told us to press the help button and when we did asked for the booking reference. Not readily available after a long flight! But she did take the car registration, so not much of a problem

Car park camera did not recognise VRN on the way in; like many others had to telephone for help to achieve exit as camera did not recognise VRN again - to be fair delays were minimal. Good carparking area close to terminal.
