No trouble finding the car park, the barrier worked as expected on entry and exit. The only problem we had on leaving the car park was a lack road signs to direct us to the M180, M18(N) and the M62. We have no sat-nav and had to use a road atlas to get to Bawtry and then north on the A614 to pick up the M180 and the M18(N).

Didn't see any staff but there was no need, entry to the car park was straight forward, plenty of spaces. All went smoothly when it was time to leave as well.

Unfortunately flat battery on return and no facilities to jump start vehicle - cost me 20 pounds for a taxi driver to jump start car. Would therefore book taxi to airport in future.

had to park down at the bottom in F zone could not find a trolley station near by had to go a lot further up to find one. On return journey no where near to park the trolley, otherwise excellent.

our plane was delayed by over 3 hours & so i was concerned that we would hav e problems getting out of the car park , but on our exit i just pressed the help button and was let out no problem

The system is very easy to use. Struggled though to find a parking space. Many people had already parked and created a parking spot for themselves. Maybe a little too over subscribed!
