No problems with booking. The long stay entry at Doncaster was closed so we were re-directed to short stay here our booking was still accepted.

The long stay car park was. blocked off and although there were diversion signs taking you to the short stay car park there were no signs to say if there was a particular area designated for the long stay parking. On leaving the car park my registration was not recognised so I had to use the intercom, was let out ok.

as i am disabled there was no disabled parking near the terminal only places were right away from terminal opersite side of car park I had difficult walking to terminal not god when workmens vans in disabled bays

On arrival, after following signs to long term car park, we realised that this was closed and we were diverted to a new entrance for the short term park. This was confusing. On leaving we were unable to exit the gate. The promised number plate recognition system did not let us out and we had to press the button and wait a few minutes to speak to staff. Not a great experience. This happens regularly when we use Robin Hood. The signage back to the main road was confusing.

Yes it did but at the barrier it never reads our registration plate,and we've always got to press the help button but it's not a big problem.

The long stay car park at Doncaster was closed, we did not know this till we got to the park, there was a sign there telling us to go the short stay car park! not telling us where this was, we did find it eventually, you could have sent us a e-mail telling us about this

We always book our carpark ing with holiday extras. So easy to book online. Parking went very smoothly. Secure parking at Doncaster airport. Left the carpark without any problems. Will use holiday extras in the future as its good value.

I pre-paid for my parking but The number plate reader didn't work, on answer on the help so I followed the note saying take a ticket. Once in the airport I called the help line and was told to press help on my way out and give my reference number. On my departure from the car park I found lots of other people in the same boat so to speak "all pressing the help button and giving reference numbers to exit.
