Transfer delays when we arrived at 03:10, kept waiting for nearly 2 hours, also transfer delay for return flight. Arrived at airport 1 hour before take off instead of 2 hours, had to sit seperatly and I am a very nervous flyer. apart from that we had a wonderful time.

Booking was fine and in the end paying was fine, but the instructions on finding the car park were poor. The name Long Stay Car Park (pre-booked) was not the same as the name on signs at Cardiff airport. None referred to Pre Booked and I spent a long time searching before giving up and parking in the NCP Long Stay. In the end that turned out to be the right place but time consuming.
