Brilliant dropped my car off at car park got bus to terminal and when we got back bus came after only about 2 minutes wait and car was ready to go as soon as we were dropped off

The staff at Sentinel parking at leeds Bradford airport were efficient, polite and courteous. Everything went according to plan, with a very speedy return from the airport to the car which was 1 min wlk away nearby. The only improvement would be better directions to find the car park on arrival (identification of the roundabout to turn off!)

Excellent customer service, I needed to phone up as would not take Switch payment on line, even amended arrival time and sent me updarted confirmation. Plane arrived early back into Leeds, Car was ready, friendly staff. Good Price. V quick shuttle service.

The car parking was very easy to find and very close to airport. The process of checking car in and lift to airport was effortless. The only critism been the driver on the way back must have been in a rush as he travelled at a high spleen which made it a bit of a hair raiser!

Car parking extremely easy and straight forward. Staff courteous and very helpful and transfer to the airport was quick and simple. Fast track awesome and the premier lounge apart from being busy and chaotic the facilities are excellent. A good way to start the holiday.
