On arrival there were plenty of staff on return it was pouring down with rain there was only one staff on who was not only driving the bus that picked us up but also gave us our keys we were lucky that we didn't have to wait too long but there were loads of people still waiting I have used sentinel lots of time and this is the only time there have been any issues

Staff very helpfull. Everything went smoothly and quicky. Maybe find a way to drop disabled and wheelchair users closer to the terminal door as it is very difficult to handle a wheelchair and two cases from the bus stop. All in all I would use the service again.

Very easy to park and leave the keys. Shuttle bus waited while we booked in. On return the shuttle bus turned up within two minutes. Great service.

On return there were more customers waiting to be transferred than could be taken by 1 bus. This caused a mad rush when the bus arrived. I am sure most customers would have behaved in a better manner if it was clearer where to queue and in which direction.

Very easy from start to finish. Good directions, speedy check in, straight onto bus for airport which is a short distance away. Same on return, short wait for bus outside, got the keys quickly. Car outside, all fine.
