Everything went smoothly in fact trouble free. Staff first class. Maybe you could offer a car washing service so customers vehicles are clean on the outside before the start of the journey home. Just a thought!

Return Flight landed 5 minutes early ,arrived at pick up point were my daughter and I plus maybe 25 people were waiting for about 10 minutes , a mini bus arrived to pick up passengers ,but couldn't get us all on the bus, waited another 10 - 15 minutes in the cold ..then a large single decker bus arrived to pick myself and the other passengers Maybe 6 to 8 of us ..myself and others just found it annoying that a small bus arrived to pick up a large amount of passengers 1st time round ..if Sentinal office knew a large amount people were waiting , surely it would have made sense for the large single decker bus to pick everyone up 1st time round ? ...that was the only fault ..

Excellent car park and transfers - drivers really helpful with cases and check-in staff quick and efficient. Also easy to find and not too far from airport terminal with regular buses!
