No improvement required, service 100% lady on desk at 05:30 could have been a bit more pleasant 22/8/16 as no smile & rapour bit apart from that we usually get a warm welcome .

Great service from Sentinel. Our flight arrived back early and they were still there waiting for us. WI thin 10 minutes we were back in our car driving home. Excellent service and efficiency.
