Sentinal are brilliant. Your service with regards to booking when an exsisting customer was apalling attitude. You sent an email a day after I booked as an exsisting customer and when I contacted re discount offers I was told I was not entitled to any. I will not book through you in the future and have advised friends not to go near you as your staff did not want to offer any help or apologies
