Excellent parking at Sentinel - drivers almost always help with luggage. Is cheapest too.

Simple process. Buses brilliantly frequent, no waiting. Lots of staff ready to give keys back on return. Easy to find. Parking just right, not crammed in.

Dropped the car and keys at the carpark and caught the bus to the terminal. From arrival at the carpark to the terminal was less than 10mins. Same for the return flight. Absolutely painless and cheaper than Long term parking.

The checkin system was VERY simple the driver helped us load our cases as we older travellers and all in all a very good experience will definately use Sentinel again HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

So quick and efficient parked car and was in and on the transfer bus within 5 minutes the same on the way back waited a couple of minutes at the airport for shuttle bus.. Keys were ready waiting on return we were in the car on the way home within 10 minutes. Friendly bus driver and reception staff were helpful.

Easy to find ! Parked the car up went into the office to hand the keys to a pleasant member of staff ! We were given a card to show when we returned and left the keys ! On our return the courtesy bus was there on time and took us back for our car which was waiting in the bay

We booked transfers. The accommodation did not appear on the booking. We put resort as requested. No contact as stated for updating with the accomodation. Told to cancel and rebook. Given refund but part in vouchers which was not wanted. Had to book again to use voucher. Still unable to enter accomodation. Got to resort and have the address to driver. Asked them to ensure this was relayed to office for return journey. Did not happen. Very stressful.

Sentinel parking is so convenient. We’ve used them on several occasions. Fast friendly booking in staff and friendly helpful drivers. Just park and ride the short trip to the airport. The return also fills the need. It’s easy peasy.

Everything was perfect even though we had had to change the time of drop off. The staff were very helpful and it took just a few minutes to drop my car keys off and was on the bus to the airport.

On arrival at car park my booking could not be found so had to be inputted manually causing delay in getting to the terminal. On return there was a big queue waiting for bus back to car park. There was no order to the queue at all. No signage to tell which was front of queue, people pushing in and buses stopping at different places in the bus stop. Three bus fulls went before we got one. On return to car park my car was not even parked in a parking bay, just left by side of fence.
