All staff were helpful on arrival and departure. All went very smoothly. We didn't have to wait for a bus on arrival or departure. The bus driver helped us with our bags as we were travelling with children. We would recommend sentinel to anyone and will be using again.

The staff at Sentinal parking in Leeds are very friendly. The service is really efficient - you literally get off the bus and your keys are in your hand. It is still quite expensive - I only use parking if staying for a week or less.
