Staff VERY friendly, VERY efficient service, short waiting time and good organisation! The start and end of queue point at the airport arrivals needs to be signposted better because if you wait at the bus stop you end up being last on the bus if it is busy.

This car park runs like clockwork. We've used it several times and have been really impressed on each occasion. It takes less than one minute to drop off the keys and the same to pick up. The buses run frequently and the drivers are very friendly and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.

Everything was excellent. Web site did niot work properly - so phoned and made a booking and payment. Received confirmation by email plus driving directions. Arrived at 4.00 am and was advised to park in arrivals. Car park bays are a good size. Receptionist was very cheerful even at that time in the morning. Very efficient & given receipt for car - all on their computer. Returned and again very good at reception. Car was already in departure car parking bays. The bus driver on outward and return journey were very helpful with cases etc. This company should be very pleased with their staff.

Everything worked perfect from dropping the car off, the very pleasant staff, short ride to the airport and on return the mini bus waiting. The drivers both ways helped with the luggage what more could you ask for. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

On return the drivers dont wait to fill the bus if no on is about they just rotate as and when the demand is there. Made what can be a overall bad LBA experience a lot better.
