Good value car parking with discount through Holiday Extra's. Everything did go smoothly with no hiccups. Staff efficient and friendly. The bus driver helpful with the luggage, All in All very satisfied with the service.

extremely efficient service from arrival prior to our holiday & upon our return. The whole process was simple & easy & on our return the bus was there to collect us exactly as we had been told with no waiting around. Our car keys were ready for collection & the car parked ready to load the cases & drive away with no fuss.

Everything went smoothly, used first time,just drop key was taken with kids to airport asap, helped to put luggage and pram as travelled on my own, when back just was waiting so just straight forward was taken to the car,superb service!

Staff very helpful except was told no twins available and only double rooms left and would cost an extra £43? We arrived at the hotel and was allocated a twin room, so why did we have to pay extra?

A great service at Leeds Bradford Airport, easy to find ,especially when you not from the area. On arrival staff were very friendly and approachable. Transfer bus was ready waiting once we had parked the car handed keys in and no waiting time at all, fabulous as it was freezing cold. A couple of minutes later we were at the Airport. On return home bus and driver waiting again with a nice warm bus and very friendly and chatty, treat everyone who got on his bus individually hitch was very nice getting the personal touch. All went according to plan and exactly how it was described. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

The hotel was perfect in a very good location, with a great value supermarket next door.. The shuttle bus to the airport and main railway station was running at the time it said and booked my place on the minibus for my early morning flight at reception when I booked in.

Nothing could be better except a free car valet. Staff are polite and very helpful lodging cases. Coaches are regular and no long questions yo hand in or collect keys. Well done.
