I booked Sentinel parking at Leeds Bradford Airport and the service was excellent. The site is very easy to find and booking the car in was very quick and easy. The shuttle bus took about two minutes to get to the terminal building and there was no waiting time at all - once we'd checked the car in, we were off. When we arrived back the bus was where it dropped us off and we were back at the car park within five minutes. Key collection took seconds and the car was parked about 20 meters from the office - can't fault anything at all about the Sentinel, other than they don't operate a service for Newcastle airport! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Extremely easy to find, quick efficient service at reception. Bus waiting to take us to airport. On return journey, hopped straight on the bus right outside airport. Back in our own car within minutes of arriving at the car park.

Sentinel car park left my car parked with no handbrake on and left in gear resulting a lot of damage to my car. Sentinel refused any liability for this incident. The staff have been very argumentative and very unfriendly.

Very smooth on arrival, not far to walk which was good with 3 kids and loads of suitcases. Only had a about a minute to wait for the bus. On return the bus was there waiting and the car was only a 20 second walk away which was great when you just want to get home

Handing over at reception and collecting keys when we got home was seamless. Made life so much easier not having to wait for a taxi. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely use again.

Great! Sentinel Parking is superb! Easy to find, easy to park up, very quick key exchange, bus waiting for transfer with a brilliant helpful driver who loaded all the cases for the passengers! Quick transfer to terminal and driver assistance to unload luggage from bus! Excellent and hassle free experience!

Very happy with the service from Sentinel, no issues getting into the car park and handing the keys over. Transport bus was waiting so that was great. On the way home we were waiting less than 5 mins for the bus back and once back in the car park the ladies behind the desk got my keys quickly and advised where the car was parked. All in all very good and would use again

From arrival at Sentinal the whole process went very smoothly. All staff were very courteous. On return, again the staff polite and helped customers with luggage on the transfer bus.. Will definitely use again, highly recommend.

Quite quick to hand in car key. Bus to airport left quite promptly although few seats available. but it was a short journey. Return bus from airport to Sentinel was already waiting. The driver was very hard-working to get everyone with cases on. Return collection of car key was very quick, well organised and courteously completed with clear directions for collection of the car. Cars are parked diagonally with minimum risk of door damage from other cars. A big plus.
