Yes everything was really well organised. Bus transfers were plentiful. Didn’t have to wait long for transfers to and from airport. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

Very smooth process. Parked up. Handed in keys. Got on the bus. Driver could have been more thoughtful and allow me to sit down before he set off! Return bus from terminal to carpark was excellent. Collected car within 2mins.

This is the third time I’ve used Holiday Extras to book parking at Leeds Bradford Airport this year. The online booking is simple and easy. The staff and service provided by Sentinel is excellent. Already planning to use these when I travel again.

When we arrived at the car park they didn’t have a record of our booking however, another booking was made without a problem. When we returned to collect our car it wasn’t where we were told it was and it took my husband and a member of staff 10 minutes to search the various pick up zones to find it.

Excellent experience from dropping the car off and bus to airport On return bus was at the stand and even though it was full only took 10 minutes to get our key Only observation would be the chaos when getting off the bus at carpark on return we had too get through the queue of people waiting to get on it Would of been better if the bus stopped before the office all got off then it moved forward to collect the passengers

Arriving for our holiday and leaving our van here was brilliant,courteous staff service,driver on the bus very helpful,no problems but on our return home to Leeds and Bradford airport in torrential rain the driver sat in his seat and no way was he helping anyone getting on with luggage.He even set off back to sentinel with a family who had a young child still all stood up struggling to put their luggage into the baggage compartment.First time I’ve seen this with this company,I have always recommended sentinel to my friends and family because of the service received from the drivers.The service in the office for return of keys was first class.

It's the first time I used this car park at Leeds Bradford and everything went very smoothly from booking to finding the car park and dropping off the keys. Transfer bus was ready and waiting. Our return was straight forward, no waiting about and the car was close to the reception so not far to struggle with the cases. Would definately use this car park again.
