Rubbish! Lounge was not open at 5am as booked. We did use another lounge which was open but they said the 2 hours started at 6am. As our flight was at 8am obviously this was no good. We needed to pay another £20 to use the lounge from 5am. I checked with holidays extra on a chat before we went and was assured that we could use the lounge from 5 am!! We would like a refund asap please.

Very poor the lounge we paid for was closed when we got there and was a much nicer lounge, the beer tasted rank we had to put lemonade in it.

The lounge we booked was not open so we were transfered to no1 lounge. Staff were friendly, there was a a large selection of food and beverages, something to suit everyone

Absolutely rubbish, they closed early? Food took nearly an hour to get, tables were full of used crockery, and trying to contact a human at your office was impossible

The lounge was closed until 6.00am - the time our flight took off! I am waiting for a refund, which I am told will not be dealt with for 30 days. This is appalling service.

The lounge was disgustingly dirty and having to queue over 40 mins for a drink was not the service I was expecting. Food choice limited with no cutlery so by the time cutlery was available food was cold.

The lounge we booked was closed. We were sent to an alternative (No. 1?) which was overcrowded & noisy. Breakfast food had run out. Queued for 20 mins at the bar. Frankly a waste of £50.

First thing to do , is to actually open the lounge that we booked . Sent to another lounge and queued 20 mins to get in then queued 30 for a drink and the food came out and was gone in seconds . Disgusting

The lounge was not too busy, food was good - enjoyed the Bucks Fizz. Staff helpful. The furnishings are rather worn and could do with an update but otherwise a very enjoyable experience and a good start to the holiday

The lounge was clean, quiet and comfortable with a good choice of drinks and food but we only had an hour in there as we were asked to leave at 11.30 as they were closing even though our flight was not till 1.30 pm

Everyone was pleasant and supportive and friendly. . The food was flavoursome but could perhaps have been a bit hotter . (Although I do like my food extremely hot ) All in all a pleasant place to wait and feel secure when travelling alone.
